I ordered this as delivery from Doordash. My only complaint is eggs are cheap and should be included without extra charge. The price is OK, the food was plentiful and delicious. The food arrived HOT and fresh. My only other criticism would be that it was a little salty so be careful if you don't like HIGHLY seasoned food. I was able to eat off this plate 2 times and let my son taste it so the portion was great for the price.

Absolutely delicious food, exceptionally seasoned. We had the bulgogi and the shrimp and both were delectable. Nice, fast, attentive service, clean new restaurant. Knocked off a star because in all the advertising I see for this place the food cart portion sizes look huge, spilling over the to-go boxes. However, at the new indoor restaurant I was very disappointed in the small portion of rice. My partner’s bulgogi seemed to have at least a full scoop more, whereas under my shrimp was a small amount. For the price (and given the name) I was expecting a more generous serving. Will try the food cart when it cools off a bit and see if the portions are better.

I went to the new mandarin location for the first time. Not worth the money for this lunch meal. The fried rice only had a few a peas,a few green onions, no carrots, eggs or ANYTHING else….definitely not like the fried rice I was expecting. The Teriyaki sauce is a typical sauce flavor, basic, the short ribs were good ( very thin and not a lot for the price) but that’s it and that’s all I can say. Won’t be going back. Big disappointment for sure! 😡

The bomb dot com lol food great for sure. I'm from Arkansas and every time I'm in Jacksonville I always have to pull up and eat. Haven't been disappointed with anything on the menu yet.

Fatboys Fried Rice delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with attention to detail. The fried rice was perfectly cooked with great texture, and the chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and finished with a rich, savory glaze that really stood out. Portion sizes were generous, presentation was clean, and everything tasted like it was made to order—not rushed or sitting around. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you’re looking for high-quality fried rice and consistently great food from a local food truck, I highly recommend Fatboys Fried Rice. We will definitely be back.
